3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phaa Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. phaa will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS. You agree to notify phaa immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). phaa is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of its players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete identity verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phaa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. phaa aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the cashier page. phaa reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. phaa does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind or via credit card, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phaa complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Transactions above regulatory thresholds are subject to reporting obligations. phaa reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
5.1 General. phaa may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be stated in the individual bonus terms.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phaa's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phaa Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phaa Platform.
11.4 phaa is not liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security, or your breach of these Terms.
12.1 By You. You may close your phaa account at any time by contacting phaa's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 By phaa. phaa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; phaa suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or phaa is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the phaa Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
phaa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phaa will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the phaa Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phaa Platform shall first be submitted to phaa's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
